2.1. General information

Terms of sale are in accordance with Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (98/2004-UPB2 with changes) and European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

“We”, “Our”, “Us” or “trader” refers to Dimension Two, e-mail, address.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. After submitting your order you will receive a confirmatory email saying that we are processing your order. If the ordered product is part of our offer and available to be delivered you will receive a second email, which will constitute acceptance of your order by us and contract will be formed between you and Dimension Two. From this moment on all the conditions and prices are fixed and valid for both parties involved.

All contracts between customers and Dimension Two are deposited in electronic form on our address: You can get a copy of your contract by sending a request to email: e-mail.

2.2. Prices

All prices shown on our website are in EURO and inclusive of VAT except where mentioned otherwise and are valid at the moment of submitting an order. Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

Pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. We will also try to find a solution that will be beneficial to both parties.

2.5. Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal

A. You have the right to withdraw from purchasing contract made between you and Dimension Two within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dimension Two, addres, email: e-mail of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Products purchased on-line are not meant to be used in 14 days period for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Therefore they must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The purpose of the right of withdrawal is to open the product and examine its characteristics in order to decide whether this is the product you ordered or expected to get. In case product has not met your expectations you have the right to withdraw from the contract according to the above-mentioned conditions. It is also important to know that these provisions do not refer to cases when products are having defects. In such cases you must use warranty provisions.

2.6. Warranty

All our products are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a 1 year period of from the date of purchase. This means that we will repair or replace, at our option, any product we offer under warranty that delaminates due to defects in materials, workmanship or glue. These are the only conditions covered by Dimension Two warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Our longboards are not indestructible so we may decide that your longboard was not defective and that you just broke it.

Please be aware that all wooden decks can be broken as a result of:
- Improper installation of accessories (chopped or re-drilled boards).
- Landing trick incorrectly, hitting curbs or any other large objects.
- Intentional breakage and other changes of the deck. Please don’t reshape your board we have done our best to do that for you.
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions. Just don’t use your longboard instead of your snowboard.
- Decks run over by a vehicle. You are not a part of the traffic so keep out.
- Our longbards are made to perform. But even with normal wear and abuse they will get scratches, cracks and will start to chip on edges. If you don’t like it don’t ride it.
- Any other stupidity, neglecting or lending it to your girlfriend.

More information about warranty conditions and procedure of activation of warranty are included in the warranty certificate that you have received together with the ordered product.

We do not give cash refunds. We give exchanges for warrantied products.
